Cities and time

Modern cities are exciting places, constantly moving, evolving. With the development of new communication technologies, ultra-fast transport systems, such as Hyperloop, we are experiencing what the geographer and anthropologist David Harvey calls 'Time-space compression’'. Is our relation to time generating? How do we perceive time and how does this impact our lifestyles and the way we navigate through to space? In this frantic race for time and performance, can design modulate our perception of time and behaviors?
